Our Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit

To confirm a booking with Parnell & Sons, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the quoted project value. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and allows us to allocate the necessary resources for your project.

2. Estimated Start Dates

Due to the nature of our work, all start dates provided are estimated. While we make every effort to begin on the agreed date, external factors such as weather conditions, supply chain delays, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require adjustments.

3. Scheduling Adjustments

If a change to the estimated start date is necessary, Parnell & Sons will notify you at the earliest opportunity and work with you to reschedule as soon as possible.

4. Balance Payments

The remaining balance is due in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
